Under an approved client engagement and authorization, AR Mastery may perform account monitoring, payment follow-up, documentation management, dispute coordination, reconciliation support, escalation management, reporting, and receivables oversight. The client retains final authority for settlements, write-offs, material payment arrangements, credits, and other material customer-account decisions.
Managed AR may include account visibility, structured payment follow-up, payment-status tracking, issue coordination, reconciliation support, and management reporting. The client accounting system remains the source of truth.
Project billing, holdbacks or retainage, documentation, approvals, and disputes are handled through an organized client-approved operating process.
AR Mastery does not require banking passwords and does not receive or hold customer funds. Customers continue paying through client-approved channels.
